About Auter

Born inside the operation. Built beyond it.

Auter was born from the need to centralize airport information and reduce human error in management: operations evolved, but data remained scattered across paper, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. We started in the movement, tariffing and billing cycle. From that core we evolved to indicators by user profile, forecasting, compliance, real time, integrations and multi-airport management. Always with the same premise: productivity, control and management quality — technology must simplify operational complexity.

Our story

From the apron to the software

Auter began inside the operation. Following the daily routine of regional and secondary airports, we identified a pattern: the problem was rarely infrastructure, and almost always re-keying, human error and the lack of centralized information.

The platform's first version solved the cycle of aircraft and passenger movement, tariffing and accurate billing. From that core, always with real operations validating each step, we evolved to indicators by profile, forecasting, compliance and safety, real time, integration with Infraero and airlines, and multi-airport management.

We keep the focus on productivity, control and management quality without erasing the real core: the regional airport is the origin of our competence. Today Auter takes that architecture forward for airport groups, concessionaires and regional and secondary airports.

Mission

Make data-driven airport management the new global standard.

Purpose

Bring enterprise-grade operational intelligence to airports of any scale. The size of an airport should not determine the quality of its management.

How we work

Progressive deployment: we start with the priority cycle, put the operation in production and evolve the platform from the result.

Auter Manifesto

An airport operation only becomes powerful when movement turns into reliable information.

An airport produces thousands of events every day. Landings. Departures. Parking. Services. Tariffs. Occupancy. Revenue. But an isolated movement is only an event. When it is born as reliable, traceable data connected to the processes that come next, it becomes management. We created Auter to make that transformation. We were born in Brazil because this is where we found an operational reality that demanded more intelligence with less structure. From it, we built a different architecture. Not only to record movements, but to connect operations, data, revenue, performance and decisions. The market where we started is regional. The architecture we built is not. Auter was born in Brazil. It was built to the global standard. And it exists to establish a new standard of airport management.

Right operation. Right data. From the regional airport to the global standard.

Differentiation

Built for real complexity

Operations before technology

The platform was designed from airport operations, not adapted from a generic model.

One movement, multiple outcomes

Data recorded in the operation feeds billing, indicators, forecasting and management without being recreated.

From one airport to an entire group

The multi-airport architecture standardizes processes, compares indicators and consolidates results.
